Duo Series: Fortnite Tournament #1

As many of you know, this week we carried out a form of 'test' tournament for Fortnite, a Duos Series of which you may learn about here. Overall, last week's tournament was a great success as the lobby filled up with excited competitors, and it seems that our website handled everything very well - a great test. However, many of the competitors contacted us and asked us for a little more competition. With that being said, we'll be hosting Fortnite: Battle Royale Duos Series every Friday for a while now, following the success and feedback from the beta tournament. 

Here's what to keep in mind. Firstly, expect the tournaments to take place at around 8pm each Friday, with the €50 cash prize split between the winner and the runner-up each time. Th 2v2 tournaments will occur on both PC and PS4 platforms, while observing the MLG rules to create a professional atmosphere. 

Simply put, that's everything. These little tournaments are only small figments of what we expect at the Malta Cyber Series #4, where the prize pool and the stakes will be considerably higher. Each tournament will continuously help shape the local scene and assist us in preparation for the live event.
