MCS #4 - Hearthstone Tournament

Gamers.com.mt is excited to announce one of the minor tournament games for the upcoming event.  As you can assume, Hearthstone the collectible card videogame will be featured in this year's event after some intense mathces in the GO Malta eSports Festival 2017. 

Needless to introduce, the title will find itself in its 16th Gamers.com.mt event! ublished all the way back in 2014, Gamers.com.mt has always pushed the title in its events, consistently animating the local Hearthstone scene. Our organisation has had a great history with the game, being a huge part of our first local tournaments. Of course, time's passed and the local community isn't as fueled as it was, which is exactly why we're bringing it back.  

As usual, it will form part of the casual tournaments to anyone who fancies picking a card. For those unaware of the basic game mechanics, here's a rundown. Players gather themselves digitally across a table. The game progresses as players go through a turn-based system to use their pre-made deck of cards from their collection. Cards range from summonable minions, wild spells and a great variety of other commands. Defeating the opponent involves lowering his health to zero. Heathstone is set within the Warcraft univers, utilising the existing lore in all its content. Although it may sound simple, there is an intricate level of depth which has lead to an exciting esport across the whole world.

The upcoming LAN is to be as much fun as it is competitive for all the participants. Gamers.com.mt aims to unite the community and together enjoy a weekend of gaming, bringing back old pros and inviting young players to the scene with an atmosphere of summer joy.
