Dualshock 4 Available in Nostalgic Translucent Colours

Sony has decided to bring back the fan-favourite translucent controller series with the brand new limited edition Dualshock 4 wireless controllers available in Crystal, Blue Crystal and Red Crystal. For those who’ve been around since the PS2, nostalgia is probably creeping up.

The new colours are going to be available at the end of the month across U.S and Canada; including international retailers such as Amazon and Ebay. That’s where everyone else can get their own while stock lasts.

Such a periodic opportunity does bring to mind the question; will Sony ever update their PS4 controller? We’ve seen the PS4 Pro, so why not develop a Dualshock Pro to go along with it including features such as wired connection, more responsive buttons and further “pro” features. Third party companies such as Scuf, Impact and Razer have their own renditions of professional controllers, but it would be interesting to see Sony develop its very own product for probably a higher price. Professional console competitors would certainly appreciate it.
