CWL Championship 2017 Groups Drawn

Right after the CWL Pro League Stage 2 Playoffs finished, with Optic Gaming taking the win against Team EnVyUs, the stream continued to host the official draw for the group stages of the biggest event of the year; CWL Championship 2017.

Presented by PS4, an old fashion drawing technique was used using lots and balls picked out by the talent which remained after the event. Compared to the tournament that had just ended, this draw was definitely more important as it would seal their fate for the greatest opportunity this year. A total of 32 teams were eventually placed into eight groups headed by the top eight at the CWL Stage 2 Playoffs.
